About Me & What Can I Do For You?

From Montreal to Paris, Massachusetts and Toronto, my journey in the industry has been diverse and dynamic. I've undertaken a range of roles, including Dishwasher, Busboy, and Server, before progressing to more senior positions such as Director of Food and Beverage, Sommelier, General Manager, and F&B Cost Controller.

Each position has contributed to my comprehensive understanding of the industry and has shaped my expertise in various aspects of food and beverage management.
